Base24 encoding for physical backup
Convert a 33-word sequence (e.g. an OMDP39 share) into a compact 96-character Base24 string, suitable for steel tile backups. Uses the collision-free alphabet 0–9, A–H, J, K, M, N, P, R (no I, L, O) to eliminate misreading on engraved media.
